Mental health is a very common problem, and it affects people of all ages, so it’s important to raise awareness about it.

Because mental health issues are prevalent, there is no better time to promote understanding of the conditions that can affect our wellbeing than May. Mental health issues affect nearly half of all U.S. residents, and they can be treated effectively. There are countless organizations that can provide support, information, and crisis intervention.
